Now you can pay a consultation or any immigration service(s) provided by Lex Nova Immigration and Citizenship Inc.

ATTENTION for those who pay a consult! 

Once you paid a consultation you will get a confirmation of one of our specialists on the date and time when your consult is scheduled.

Terms and Conditions

Professional Fee - USD $250 (for an on-line consult). On spot consult requires extra 30 USD.

Appointments – Policy and Procedures

a) Changing the time of consultation:

– Penalty of 150 USD

– Free time change if the client requests it 48 hours before the scheduled consultation

b) Cancellation of consultation: Client will be charged a fee of $150 USD (*)

c) If a consultation lasts longer than one hour, the Client may be additionally invoiced for an amount prorated for the additional consultation time, based on a base hourly rate of $250 USD.

d) If it is necessary to conduct a consultation in a physical office, an additional payment of $30 USD is required.

e) Failure to appear at the appointed time for a consultation is considered as a completed consultation.

f) Urgent consultation being asked to conduct within 24 hours from the date of a request: +50% to the standard consultation price.

The customer is responsible for ensuring good quality internet or telephone services. If a consultation is extended/modified/cancelled, the Policies and Procedures section may apply.

(*) Bank transfer fee (4%) may be added.
