OUR PRACTICE

A graduate from LaSalle College in Montreal, AU Washington College of Law and MU Witté Law School, member of CICC (R528113) and Registre québécois des consultants en immigration (RQCIR #12105), he is our Principal Immigration Consultant, Commissioner for Oaths mandated by the Ministry of Justice of Quebec. 

His practice focuses on Canadian immigration and citizenship matters, including temporary residence (study permits, visitor visas, temporary resident permits), permanent residence (family sponsorship, Humanitarian and Compassionate applications, Express Entry), as well as citizenship and criminal rehabilitation.

In addition, Serge is licensed to practise law in the Russian Federation. His legal practice is strictly limited to Russian law and includes matters of private international law, such as jurisdictional issues and recognition of foreign judgments.

When providing immigration services in Canada, Serge acts exclusively within the scope of his RCIC licence and represents clients before Canadian immigration authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.

Serge speaks English, French, Russian and has working knowledge of Spanish.
