As the Principal Counsel for Lex Nova, Serge’s practice focuses on a broad range of immigration applications including, temporary residence applications through study permits, visitor visas, temporary resident permits and super visas; Permanent Residence applications through family class sponsorship, Humanitarian and Compassionate applications and Express Entry as well as Citizenship applications and Criminal Rehabilitation applications. As a foreign-trained attorney at law, Serge is able to provide the appropriate expertise on Private International law and on issues relating to the jurisdiction of foreign courts and the law that is applicable to various situations connected with disputes that may involve two and more jurisdictions
